ThresholdArc.org is the research and education initiative of SKYFORGE Leadership LLC. This page describes what information this site collects, how it is used, and how to request its deletion. We aim to collect only what is necessary to respond to inquiries and to understand site usage in aggregate.

Information submitted through the inquiry form

The inquiry form on this site collects the information you provide voluntarily: your full name, professional title or role, organization or practice name (optional), primary area of focus, professional email address, a free-form message describing what brings you here, and an optional referral source. Submissions are transmitted to and stored by Formspree, our form-handling provider, and are forwarded to info@thresholdarc.com. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry personally. We do not sell, rent, or share inquiry data with third parties, and we do not enroll you in any mailing list without your explicit opt-in.

Newsletter email capture

If you submit your email through the newsletter form, it is used only to notify you when outcome reports and white papers are published. You may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any message you receive, or by writing to info@thresholdarc.com.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate page views and visitor patterns. GA4 is configured in analytics-only mode without ad personalization. The data collected is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Cookies set by GA4 persist on your device per Google’s defaults; you can disable them in your browser settings or use a browser-level “Do Not Track” signal.

Data retention and deletion

Inquiry submissions are retained for as long as necessary to maintain the correspondence and any resulting professional relationship. To request deletion of your data from our records and from Formspree, email info@thresholdarc.com with the subject line “Data deletion request.” We will confirm deletion within thirty days.

Children

This site is directed at clinicians, researchers, and other professionals. It is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above.
